What it does
Reminders when a job is due
Based on when you last did it, not a date on a calendar. Change the furnace filter late and the next one moves too.
A history of your house
Every time you log a job it is kept, so you know when the gutters were last cleaned or the water heater flushed.
The same schedule as this site
All 33 tasks, the same intervals and the same due-date rules. Optional tasks start off, as they do here.
Private by default
No account needed. It uses the same backup file as the browser tracker, so you will be able to bring your history with you.
Until then
Print the checklist, or use My house in the browser. It uses the same rules the app will.
