Browsers can clear saved data, Safari especially. Download a backup now and then, and import it on another device. The file also works with the Househand app.
Want a reminder instead of checking?
Paper works until it goes on the fridge and stays there. The Househand app keeps the same checklist and tells you when each job comes due, based on when you last did it.
